We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery within Kampala. All mobile payments are processed securely and you receive a confirmation SMS immediately.

During checkout, select your preferred mobile money provider, enter your phone number and confirm the payment prompt that appears on your phone. The order is confirmed automatically once payment is successful.

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at +256 772 000 100. After 2 hours, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be changed.

Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp message immediately after your payment is confirmed. You'll also get a delivery update when your order is dispatched.

Same-day delivery is available in Kampala for orders placed before 2pm. Standard delivery across Uganda takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express options are available for an additional fee.

We offer free delivery on orders over UGX 200,000 within Kampala. Standard delivery is UGX 15,000 for orders below this amount. Same-day delivery costs UGX 25,000. Pickup from our Ntinda studio is always free.

Yes! We deliver nationwide across Uganda via trusted courier partners. Delivery to most major towns (Jinja, Entebbe, Mbarara, Gulu, Lira) typically takes 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 5 business days.

Yes. All Ekimuli fragrances are made with natural botanical ingredients — essential oils, absolutes and plant-based fixatives sourced from Uganda and East Africa. We do not use parabens, phthalates, or synthetic musks.

Our Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration of 20% typically lasts 8–12 hours on skin depending on your body chemistry, skin type and the specific fragrance. Woody and musky notes tend to have stronger longevity than light citrus notes.

Yes! Our Discovery Mini Set includes 5 x 5ml samples of our most popular fragrances for UGX 45,000. It's the perfect way to find your signature Ekimuli scent before committing to a full bottle. Available in the shop.

All our fragrances are dermatologically tested and free from known common irritants. However, if you have very sensitive skin or known allergies to specific botanicals, we recommend testing on a small patch of skin first.

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of perfume, opened bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective. Please contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the item and your order number.

We're sorry to hear that! Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Mobile Money refunds appear immediately; card refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and earn loyalty points on future purchases.
